We maintain a strong relationship with regulating authorities, including Alabama Power Shoreline Management, City of Tuscaloosa Lakes Division, and other local governing entities to assure that our projects adhere to the building guidelines set forth by for all agencies.
Premium Materials and Construction
We utilize premium #1 grade lumber, treated for ground and water contact, for ALL framing including roof. All joists are constructed on 16” centers to ensure the structural integrity of the decking.
