If applicable, use the link below to access Alabama Power Shoreline Management’s permit page. Please be aware that the approved permit drawing defines exactly what can be built. The construction must match the drawing and stay within the scope outlined in the permit—no modifications or deviations are allowed. Any changes requested after a permit is finalized will incur a minimum modification fee of $100.
