Do I need a permit for my dock or shoreline work?
Permitting requirements vary by location. For properties governed by Alabama Power, permits are mandatory for all work except cleaning, painting, or staining. You may begin that process with the following link: apcshorelines.com. If your project is on Lake Tuscaloosa, most construction and shoreline work requires approval from the City of Tuscaloosa’s Lakes Division.
Do you offer a composite decking option?
We offer high-performance decking solutions in the form of Endeck PVC Decking. Endeck is made of 100% PVC material. Standard composite decking typically utilizes wood fibers blended with plastic. In high-moisture lake environments, these wood fibers can absorb water over time, potentially leading to internal deterioration, swelling, or surface compromised by mold. Endeck is manufactured entirely from PVC and contains no wood fillers. This makes it impervious to moisture, rot, and termite damage, providing superior stability in demanding marine conditions. Additionally, it remains splinter-free, ensuring a safer surface for children and pets.
What brands of boat lifts do you install?
We exclusively install the Hi-Tide Gear Drive® boat lift system. We have selected this brand because it is the original and most reliable gear drive technology in the industry, specifically designed to withstand the rigors of a marine environment.
Do you handle the electrical wiring for the lift or lighting?

Yes! We offer demolition services and regularly demolish and remove existing structures.
